Description
Although this 1/48 scale Spitfire Mk. VIII was originally
released under the Otaki label in the late 1970s, it still looks
pretty good. This kit was subsequently released by Arii, Matchbox
and most recently by Airfix.
The model was built straight from the box.
This Spitfire was sprayed exclusively with the Testor Aztek A470
double-action airbrush, using the tan-colored "Fine" tip.
Decals are from Aeromaster.
